There’s nothing like your first pregnancy, and being able to document this studio maternity session and serve so many new parents as a MS Gulf Coast maternity photographer is such a blessing. This season before you meet your baby is so special. You have so many hopes and dreams for them and wonder who they will look like, what will their little personalities be like, and a million other little things. Questions will flood your mind, and you’ll wonder if you’ll even know what to do with the tiny little life you’ve been entrusted with.
But momma, trust me, all of that will come! You are perfectly equipped, and what you don’t know, you’ll figure out along the way. Motherhood is a journey full of different seasons, and this one you’re currently in passes so quickly. Soak it in. Enjoy every moment and take the time to celebrate the little life you’re carrying.
Studio Maternity Session
I’m so glad this sweet momma wanted to do a studio maternity session. I love the laid-back, relaxed feel of the portraits we are able to create in the studio. The simplicity really allows Mom to just soak in some time feeling beautiful with her bump.
I still cannot get over how much the amazing Dad-to-be adored his wife. He was so attentive, making sure she felt as beautiful as she was, and it made for some of the sweetest moments. Momma chose two dresses from the studio wardrobe, one a little more elegant and the other revealing her bump, which her sweet husband encouraged her to embrace. Their little one doesn’t know it just yet, but they are so loved and so, so blessed.
Here’s a little preview of their beautiful maternity session in my studio in Old Town Bay St. Louis.
