When your sweet baby turns six months, they go through so many new changes. You may be starting to introduce solid foods to them. They’re likely starting to try to sit up unassisted. Some babies may even be starting to crawl. Being a MS Gulf Coast baby photographer, “sitter” sessions are some of my favorite sessions because one thing is for certain, they are full of personality. Not to mention, it’s the perfect way to celebrate their half birthday!

Your sweet little newborn is all of a sudden more active and mobile. It seems like it happens overnight. You tuck in a baby that was swaddled with care, and you wake up to them sitting up in their crib looking at you with the sweetest smile. I cherished those sweet, sleepy morning grins. What better way to start your day, right?

Tabor and his mommy were styled with the studio wardrobe. Momma chose the prettiest blue Free People dress that made Tabor’s beautiful baby blue eyes truly stand out. It also coordinated well with the blue tones that we used in his newborn session to ensure that their gallery wall carried the same color tones through his entire year to give it a cohesive look. We changed up Tabor’s look to give his gallery some variety. We began with a cozy grey sweater set, and changed to a knitted white jumpsuit with the cutest little wooden buttons.
