This Ocean Springs family session made my photographer heart soar! As this year comes to a close I can’t help but think back on all the amazing sessions I’ve had. Some of my very favorites have been beach sessions, and as a photographer, I couldn’t be more grateful for the setting.

The beach may seem like an odd choice for the fall, but it’s actually one of my favorite seasons there! It’s definitely my favorite location to photograph year-round. It lends a sense of wonder with the vastness of the white sand and open water complete with the most beautiful color palette.

This session for the Campbells was the icing on the cake to end the year! I truly can’t say enough beautiful things about this sweet family and have loved getting to know them since their newborn session. They relocated from Philadelphia to the Coast, and I’m so glad it allowed our paths to cross. It’s truly been a joy photographing them!

I especially love the images of mom and dad and the love they share. Momma is an inspiration as she and her hubby team up to chase their dream of helping others get healthy as personal trainers. They just opened their own gym, and it’s been such a treat cheering them on!

A Bit of Adventure

⁠When this momma said she was down to get in the water, I was so stinking excited! At the exact perfect moment when she was lost in a moment with her two youngest babies, this line of pelicans flew past, and I wanted to squeal like my 1999 preteen self at a Backstreet Boys concert. I fully believe it was a God wink. I’m so very thankful for it. ⁠

Chelsea, you already know how much I adore you. Thank you for trusting me with this moment and all the other magical moments of this evening.
